“The Big Boss” and founder of Dive Borneo Bah – Johnny Chew PADI Course Director,  became a PADI Instructor way back in 1991 at only just 18 years of age then.   Fueled with passion and love for diving, decided to go all the way in it.  Started out as a dive professional and quickly climb the ranks in the industry though various roles including 16 years as the PADI Regional Manager before starting up Dive Borneo Bah.    Currently managing Dive Borneo Bah and finding excuses to dive whenever possible.

“The Young Boss” aka Harry Chang,  is a PADI Instructor (MSDT),  also started and became qualified as a PADI Instructor at the age of 18 years of age.  Harry does the day to day operations.  Though young,  he is definitely knowledgeable, energetic and full of smiles. 

Lead Boat Skipper, Khairil Nizam aka “Kapten” – a born and bred Bajau Seamen who is more reliable than the national weather forecast, handles and trains the boat crew.  Had been with Dive Borneo Bah since the very beginning and was involved in charting most of the current Sepanggar & Udar Islands  Dive Sites.

Izzat aka AK47,  in-house PADI Divemaster and who knows the reef in and out and is committed to delivery great diving  to those under his care.   Not only just a pretty face but sharp with his eyes to spot the unique marinelife KK has to offer while having the smile toremind you of the ood times to have with DIve Borneo Bah. Get close tgo Izzat and you may just find out why he is called “AK47”. 

To keep the Dive Borneo Bah Team in the know with the Marine Environment,  we have Michael Yap a Marine Biologist who is specialized and holds a Masters in Sea Grass.  When Michael is not busy defending the sea grass,  he spend his time teaching and educating the Dive Borneo Bah Team with scientific findings and factual data.  Michael is available upon request to conduct private programs for those interested to dwell deeper into the wonders of the Marine Ecosystem.
